Richter's has a solid guarantee on all of our merchandise and on the work we perform. But it's more than a guarantee, it's this promise... We stand behind all that we sell and do. So, if something needs taken care of, we take care of it.
Richter's guarantees all of our jewelry for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any defect in materials and or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Repairs are guaranteed for one (1) year. If your repair isn't quite right, we'll do it again at no charge.
Free Insurance For your Diamond Purchase
All diamonds larger than .50ct and all engagement rings are insured in full through Jewelers Mutual for one (1) year from date of purchase at no additional charge.
The Best Diamond Trade-In Policy In The Industry
You may trade any diamond larger than .50ct purchased from Richter's towards the purchase of another diamond at any time with no price restrictions.
* Richter's does not gurantee against stone loss on any diamond larger than .25ct. We strongly recomend you have all of your fine jewelry insured.
